Yesterday I attended a Broker Luncheon, deliciously catered, for the launch of a new subdivision near Briar Creek. With me in the photo is my friend Cathy Michelena, who is going to be one of the on-site agents for the Four Seasons at Renaissance, an “Active Adult Community” just over the Durham County line off Paige Road. Choices include townhomes or single family, all either one-story or with the master bedroom down.
Builder K. Hovnanian is taking aim directly at the Baby Boomers, scheduled to start downsizing en masse starting oh, about now. This will be a new product for the Triangle, and a good option for those willing to pay a monthly fee for such amenities as pool, community center, and lawn care. Ages 55 and up, only.
