Downtown Raleigh has transformed itself, just in the past few years. I have a client interested in an ITB (Inside the Beltline) condo, so we went out this afternoon to see what we could see — and there’s a lot to see! We started out at 222 Glenwood, located right on Glenwood South. What a fantastic location — step out of the lobby and there you are among the art galleries and restaurants. Our second stop was West, which is located on North St. It’s not quite so convenient as 222 Glenwood, but still within walking distance to Glenwood South. West offers a definitely more upscale ambiance, with a breathtaking lobby and top floor amenities with a view! Clubhouse, mini-gym, and pool overlook the city skyline. I once attended an evening event there, so I can testify that twilight and night views are gorgeous, too.
